Most computer repair companies are not going to work as effectively as we do with our manager service provider support options. The reason is that while a typical computer repair company is focused on billable hours and services where it does not pay them to proactively fix things for you, our managed service offerings are flat rate monthly services. So for a given system we do everything that you let us do for you just like a large business enterprise provides its staff through their in house technical services.

We will manage Anti-Virus software for you keeping the virus definitions up to date, setting scans, monitoring scans, and resolving outbreaks that occur. We will also provide you a detailed monthly report of all activity related to your Anti-Virus service.

The only thing worse than a slow computer is calling in a technical to fix it during the day when you need to be working. We avoid that problem. We will manage computer tuneups on your computer arranging them to occur when you are not in the office working on them. We do the same thing for most hardware software bugs fixing them in the evenings so you can go about your business during the day.

All packages include unlimited business hours (8am-6pm EST) Phone Support, Remote Control Support, Microsoft Application Support, a client portal for entering support requests and checking request status, as well as monthly executive dashboard reporting on activities that occurred within your environment. All Support Solutions are fixed-fee services. Services completed outside Support Package Hours are billed to the client at $150/hour, Time & Materials. If you are in a time zone other than EST we will offer the equivalent business hours support in your time zone, 8am-6pm for Basic Support.
