This package includes unlimited Phone Support, Remote Control Support, Microsoft Application Support, a client portal for entering support requests and checking request status, as well as monthly executive dashboard reporting on activities that occurred within your environment. When all remote support options are exhausted we will come to you with on-site support to resolve the issue. We will maintain a physical spare of your device off site including data synchronization and will bring it to you if you suffer a catastrophic failure. All Support Solutions are fixed-fee services. Services completed outside the Premium Support Package are billed to the client at $99/hour, plus Materials. If you have project work you want completed, please contact us for pricing.

On a machine covered by Executive Desktop Support we will track your software and hardware licensing and provide you a monthly report on covered systems and services.
Online Case Management
On a machine covered by Executive Desktop Support when you open a support ticket with us you can check your case details online as necessary.

Once a month we will produce a report for you on all the relevant activity on your Executive Desktop Support system both by our technical team as well as on the operations of the system(s).
