This package includes unlimited Phone Support, Remote Control Support, Microsoft Application Support, a client portal for entering support requests and checking request status, as well as monthly executive dashboard reporting on activities that occurred within your environment. All Support Solutions are fixed-fee services. Services completed outside the Premium Support Package are billed to the client at $99/hour, plus Materials. Stuck in Excel and don’t know how to do something? On a machine covered by Premium Desktop Support you can call us on your dedicated support line and speak to a technical specialist directly from 8am-6pm.

Online Asset Management

On a machine covered by Premium Desktop Support we will track your software and hardware licensing and provide you a monthly report on covered systems and services.

Online Case Management

On a machine covered by Premium Desktop Support when you open a support ticket with us you can check your case details online as necessary.

Online License Management

On a machine covered by Premium Desktop Support you can track your licensing and we will proide you a monthly report on covered systems.

Automated Spyware & Adware Removal

Our anti-spyware deployment, detection, and update service is included with Premium Desktop Support

Once a month we will produce a report for you on all the relevant activity on your Premium Desktop Support system both by our technical team as well as on the operations of the system(s).
