All packages include unlimited business hours (8am-6pm EST) Phone Support, Remote Control Support, a client portal for entering support requests and checking request status, as well as monthly executive dashboard reporting on activities that occurred within your environment. All Support Solutions are fixed-fee services. Services completed outside Support Package Hours are billed to the client at $150/hour, Time & Materials. If you have project work you want completed, please contact us for pricing.

If you are in a time zone other than EST we will offer the equivalent business hours support in your timezone, 8am-6pm for Basic Support.
